How to order

2. In the text box indicate design choice letter (A - L) or indicate you are sending a file with you own logo or custom design file.
3. In the text box, add the last name and the established year or date to be included in the design, if needed.
4. For a custom logo, email us after checkout to arrange the file delivery.
