Personalized Couples and Family Name Laurel Wreath Design Sign

This Personalized Family and Couples Name Sign is a great and simple gift for your family member, girlfriend or boyfriend, or occasions such a housewarming, wedding, anniversary, Mother's Day or Father's Day. Not only is gifting this sign a show of love that will serve as a happy family reminder it also adds style to your modern Farmhouse decor!   

Each sign is made by hand in our family-owned shop in central Minnesota and is carefully crafted and finished with attention paid to every detail. The raised 1/4-inch premium birch wood lettering creates an appealing 3D affect that adds depth and character to the piece and contrast with the 1/2-inch premium oak plywood base.  Customize your sign by choosing the stain color for the sign base, and either stain color or a paint color for the laser-cut lettering and monogram design.  

*Note:  Signs are constructed for indoor use only and not materials for hanging outdoors.

 A sawtooth-style hanger is included with each sign and can easily be attached using simple tools like a hammer.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
1.  In the first dropdown box select the sign size: 
     Small 21 x 8 Inches
     Medium 28 x 10 Inches, or
     Large 34 x 11 Inches
2.  In the second dropdown box select the stain color for the Sign Base Board.
3. In the personalization box, please provide the 
     Family Last Name, 
     Couple's First Names (in order you'd like them to appear on the sign), 
     Established Year, and 
     Laser-Cut Layer Stain Color Number or Paint Color Letter 

***An example of how your entry should look is as follows:  Matthews/Jaden and Brittany/2026/C).  Please be sure the spelling is correct!

Because each sign is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to make it right.
